Project Role Description : Configure, integrate and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance.

Summary: As a Non-Production Environment Engineer, you will be responsible for the build, configuration, maintenance, and support of our critical development, testing, and staging environments.

You will work closely with development and QA teams to understand their infrastructure needs, provision and manage compute, storage, and networking resources, implement automation strategies for environment provisioning and management, troubleshoot environment-related issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of these non-production landscapes to facilitate efficient software development and testing cycles.

Your focus will be on optimizing these environments for performance, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to security best practices, ultimately contributing to the faster and higher-quality delivery of our products.

As a Network and Services Operations Representative, you will engage in the configuration, integration, and management of telecommunication network elements.

Your typical day will involve overseeing the life cycle of these elements, ensuring that all configurations are accurate and up to date.

You will also manage back office system data records, supporting customer activations and making necessary configuration adjustments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting network issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Operations & Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cisco Firewall, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall, Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and best practices.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Operations & Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
