<p><p>At NiCE, we dont limit our challenges.<br/><br/> We challenge our limits.<br/><br/> Always.<br/><br/> Were ambitious.<br/><br/> Were game changers.<br/><br/> And we play to win.<br/><br/> We set the highest standards and execute beyond them.<br/><br/> And if youre like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.<br/><br/> So, whats the role all about .<br/><br/> We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Azure environments to drive operational excellence, cloud security, automation, and cost optimisation.<br/><br/> You will manage and improve our multi-cloud infrastructure, lead IAM and account creation processes, enforce FinOps practices, integrate Okta for identity, and support development teams through Git-based workflows and CI/CD.</p><p><br/><b>How will you make an impact </b><br/><br/><b>Multi-Cloud Operations (AWS & Azure) :</b><br/><br/>- Lead day-to-day operations of production cloud environments across AWS and Azure.<br/><br/>- Deploy, manage, and enhance services including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, AKS, Storage Accounts, VNets.<br/><br/>- Architect and maintain scalable and secure IaC using Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.<br/><br/>- Enhance system reliability, performance and availability; handle incident response and participate in on-call rotations.</p><p><br/><b>Identity, IAM & Account Creation :</b><br/><br/>- Own end-to-end IAM management across AWS and Azure including role creation, policy management, permission boundaries, and least-privilege access models.<br/><br/>- Provision and manage cloud accounts/subscriptions, ensuring alignment with organisational standards (naming, tagging, cost allocation).<br/><br/>- Integrate Okta, Azure AD, and AWS IAM Identity Center for SSO/MFA and user lifecycle management.</p><p><br/><b>FinOps & Cost Optimisation :</b><br/><br/>- Implement FinOps practices across AWS and Azure to control and optimise spend.<br/><br/>- Generate and present detailed cost reports, forecasts and optimisation recommendations.<br/><br/>- Ensure proper tagging, reserved instance strategy, rightsizing, lifecycle policies and budget alerts.</p><p><br/><b>GitOps, CI/CD & Automation :</b><br/><br/>- Own Git workflow governance (branching, approvals, access, repo structure) in GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.<br/><br/>- Support engineering teams with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployments.<br/><br/>- Develop automation tools and scripts using Python/Bash to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.</p><p><br/><b>Have you got what it takes </b><br/><br/>- 5+ years working in Cloud Operations / SRE / DevOps.<br/><br/>- Strong production-level experience with AWS and Azure.<br/><br/>- Deep expertise in IAM, organisational account/subscription creation & governance.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with Okta and/or Azure AD for identity & access management integrations.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of FinOps tools/practices and cloud cost optimisation techniques.<br/><br/>- Experienced with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred).<br/><br/>- Proven scripting/automation abilities (Python or Bash).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of network, security, monitoring and incident management in large-scale systems.</p><p><br/>You will have an advantage if you also have :<br/><br/>- AWS SysOps Administrator / Azure Administrator / Okta Certified Admin.<br/><br/>- FinOps Practitioner / Terraform Associate.</p><p><br/><b>Enjoy NICE-FLEX !</b><br/><br/>At NICE, we work according to the NICE-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility : 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week.<br/><br/>Naturally, office days focus on face-to-face meetings, where teamwork and collaborative thinking generate innovation, new ideas, and a vibrant, interactive atmosphere.</p><p><br/><b>Whats in it for you </b><br/><br/>Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams comprised of the best of the best work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
