<p><p>At NiCE, we dont limit our challenges.<br/><br/> We challenge our limits.<br/><br/> Always.<br/><br/> Were ambitious.<br/><br/> Were game changers.<br/><br/> And we play to win.<br/><br/> We set the highest standards and execute beyond them.<br/><br/> And if youre like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.<br/><br/> So, whats the role all about <br/><br/> NiCE Actimize is currently seeking to hire Technical Manager, skilled at implementing a complex on premise as well as hosted SaaS Actimize solutions to join the Actimize professional services team at Global Talent Center in PUNE INDIA.<br/><br/> We are looking for a talented & motivated professional interested in working on the latest Actimize regulatory compliance offerings with special emphasis in managing a teams dedicated to implementation, customization and configuration.<br/><br/> You are someone who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get down & dirty with intricate code & SQL queries, enhance product with complex needs.<br/><br/> If yes, then come be part of the Actimize Professional Services Team.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>How will you make an impact </b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Manage the teams' delivery to a successful release by tracking work, dependencies and risks and taking corrective actions as necessary.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Be accountable for the technical delivery and quality of the teams release by ensuring best quality engineering practices are followed including (but not limited to) : writing and running of unit tests, smoke and regression, code reviews, and design practices.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Be POC for the team and highlight any delivery risks.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Facilitate and support team members technical and career growth objectives through training, leadership opportunities, challenging work assignments, and focused mentorship.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ownership of individual and teams utilization.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Direct participation and delegation of all recruitment and hiring activities.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaboration with R&D, Other implementation teams and Customer support teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proactive and on-going performance management activities including, regular 1 :1s for establishing direction and providing corrective and reinforcing feed-back intended to help engineers to define and achieve career you got what it takes </b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 12+ years of experience in software development.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Resource management experience, risk management, backup planning and work planning and allocation.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 3+ years leading a high performing development team or software product implementation environment.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to onsite / offshore working model.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Stakeholder management.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in high performance, highly available and scalable system.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in installation, customization and configuration of complex SaaS hosted software product.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity and/or experience with private and public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine or Azure.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Database concepts and hands on experience working on Oracle/ SQL server, Postgres.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Well aware of Unix / Linux and basic Shell scripting.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of standard deployment practices and basic understanding of industry standard tools such as Jenkins, Docker, VMs, Kubernetes, Artifactory.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Professional services experience is plus.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Compliance / Banking domain knowledge and/or exposure to AML/ IFM / financial market compliance is plus.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Whats in it for you :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams comprised of the best of the best work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
