<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/><b>Market Research & Strategy:</b><br/><br/>- Conduct detailed research to identify target markets, industry verticals, and potential clients aligned with Nirmitee.ios Healthtech and Fintech offerings.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Analyze competitor landscape and industry trends to inform strategic outreach and positioning.<br/><br/><b>Lead Generation & Qualification:</b><br/><br/>- Proactively source and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (LinkedIn, Upwork), and attending relevant virtual/in-person networking events.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent outreach and follow-up.<br/><br/><b>Client Engagement & Relationship Management:</b><br/><br/>- Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Nirmitee.ios products and services, tailoring messages to client requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.<br/><br/><b>Proposal & Presentation Development:</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, business pitches, and product demos.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in preparing detailed commercial proposals and presentations that resonate with client expectations.<br/><br/><b>Sales Pipeline & CRM Management:</b><br/><br/>- Manage all sales activities and client interactions systematically within the CRM system.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all lead, prospect, and client information.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track progress against sales targets and report regularly to sales leadership.<br/><br/><b>Cross-functional Collaboration:</b><br/><br/>- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth transition of projects post-sales.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to support continuous product and service improvement.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Skills:</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related disciplines.<br/><br/></p><p>- 4 - 5 years of experience in IT sales, specifically software products or services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience engaging with international clients across diverse geographies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of global IT market dynamics and cultural nuances in business dealings.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in using sales tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex ideas simply and persuasively.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-motivated, highly organized, with exceptional time management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events (if applicable)</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
