<p></p><p><b>iOS Developer(s) : </b><br/><br/><b>Experience : </b> 4+ yrs<br/><br/></p><p>These folks will help us build an AI assistant for doctors.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- They should be fluent in Swift and iOS development (SwiftUI, AVFoundation, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- They must be familiar with Large Language Models beyond just calling an APIlocal inference, context engineering, model optimisation.<br/><br/></p><p>- They should be excited about new protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication standards (A2A, ACP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable with AI-assisted coding tools (we use Cursor a lot and love developers who can push productivity with it).<br/><br/></p><p>- They are curious about low-level optimisations, memory constraints, and squeezing every bit of performance on-device.<br/><br/></p><p>- Also, they enjoy architecting AI systems from the ground up thinking about workflows, data flows, and how all the moving pieces fit : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 4+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications with strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of iOS frameworks including AVFoundation, Core ML, Combine, and others relevant to AI and media processing.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including local inference, fine-tuning, prompt/context engineering, and optimization techniques.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity or eagerness to learn emerging AI communication protocols such as MCP, A2A, and ACP.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to boost productivity.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of iOS app architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Expertise in performance tuning and memory optimization on resource-constrained devices.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Comfortable architecting complex systems involving workflows and data pipelines integrating AI models.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Passion for healthcare technology and the impact of AI on improving clinical workflows is a plus.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a desire to innovate in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong collaboration and communication skills.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
