<p><p><b>Job Description : </b><br/><br/>- Developing/Supporting complex efforts involving Analysis, Design, Development, and testing of various application components with-in Asset Management domain.<br/><br/>- Hands on developer capable of debugging the system and fixing the production related issues.<br/><br/>- Strong ability to analyze functional needs that drive the analysis and technical design of quality technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Implements solutions that are aligned with business/IT strategies and complies with Nuveen's Architectural standards.<br/><br/>- Ability to provide strong technical leadership to the team of India developers.<br/><br/>- Responsible for mentoring and their career development.<br/><br/>- Responsible for ensuring highest standards and quality of the technical deliverables.<br/><br/>- Designs the development and implementation of the overall architecture, and helps define "blueprint" for technical architecture to support mission needs.<br/><br/>- Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies; Provides mentoring and training to team of engineers.<br/><br/>- Handles complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changes.<br/><br/>- Investigate, analyze and document reported defects.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates that meet SDLC standards.<br/><br/>- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.<br/><br/>- Delivers solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, and applications across the :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 6+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership, preferably having a strong financial knowledge in building complex trading applications.</p><p><br/>- Expertise in AWS services such as Amazon Elastic Compute (EC2), Glue, Amazon S3, EKS, Lambda etc.<br/><br/>- Experience in developing applications using Python, Glue(ETL), Lambda, step functions etc.
