Job description

Summary:</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead - Sales to manage and guide our sales team towards achieving business goals.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to mentor and motivate team members to deliver consistent results.<br/><br/>You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and supporting the overall sales strategy.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.<br/><br/>- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans for the team.<br/><br/>- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their selling skills and productivity.<br/><br/>- Monitor daily sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate reports for senior management.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and facilitate continuous learning and development.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives and leverage campaigns.<br/><br/>- Handle escalations and resolve client issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>- Identify training needs and organize skill-building sessions for the sales team.<br/><br/>- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.<br/><br/>- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and assist the team in managing strategic accounts.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Skills:</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.<br/><br/>- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive teams.<br/><br/>- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.<br/><br/>- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.<br/><br/>- Willingness to travel as required<br/></p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
