<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>Job Summary :<br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to delivery.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.<br/><br/>You will act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, driving collaboration and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects according to scope, timeline, and budget.<br/><br/>- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.<br/><br/>- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, operations, and business analysts.<br/><br/>- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively mitigating potential impacts.<br/><br/>- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and clients as needed.<br/><br/>- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.<br/><br/>- Support budgeting, procurement, and contract management activities related to projects.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/>- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or software development environments.<br/><br/>- Strong technical understanding of software development, infrastructure, or IT operations.<br/><br/>- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.<br/><br/>- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.<br/><br/>- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
