<p><p><b>Data Science Manager</b> responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.<br/><br/> You will have the onus of working with large, complex data sets, solve difficult & non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed; conduct end-to-end analysis that includes research, hypothesis testing, and thought leadership.<br/><br/> They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify :</b></p><p><br/></p> - Act as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within the business.<br/><br/></p><p> - Define project goals and objectives and develop detailed work plans to meet client expectations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closeout.<br/><br/></p><p> - Explore business problems and model different solutions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Design client-specific strategic service offerings and approaches that will demonstrate value through the development.<br/><br/></p><p> - Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.<br/><br/></p><p> - Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.<br/><br/></p><p> - Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis.<br/><br/></p><p> - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.<br/><br/></p><p> - Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects.<br/><br/></p><p> - Work with the team to establish future-facing insights, implications, and recommendations; deliver advice; and identify and solve problems.<br/><br/></p><p> - Develop strategic plans to help the company reach its growth goals.<br/><br/></p><p> - Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, engineers, and other data professionals to deliver high-quality data products and insights.<br/><br/></p><p> - Establish and execute the data science strategy and vision for the organization, aligning with the business goals and & Skillset :</b></p><p><br/></p> - A masters or doctoral degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related computation field from an accredited university or college.<br/><br/></p><p> - Several years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.<br/><br/></p><p> - 10+ years in the field of applying methods in statistical learning in developing data driven solutions.<br/><br/></p><p> - 10+ proven years of experience in leading and managing large, complex consulting engagements & Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy.<br/><br/></p><p> - Minimum 5+ years experience of leading and managing a team.<br/><br/></p><p> - Proficiency in various data science tools and languages, such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, etc.
