<p>Job Responsibilities :<br/> <br/>- Act as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodology in addressing key issues within the business.
<br/><br/>- Define project goals and objectives and develop detailed work plans to meet client expectations.
<br/><br/>- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closeout.
<br/><br/>- Explore business problems and model different solutions.
<br/><br/>- Design client-specific strategic service offerings and approaches that will demonstrate value through the development.
<br/><br/>- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
<br/><br/>- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
<br/><br/>- Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis.<br/><br/>- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
<br/><br/>- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
<br/><br/>- Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects.
<br/><br/>- Work with the team to establish future-facing insights, implications, and recommendations; deliver advice; and identify and solve problems.
<br/><br/>- Develop strategic plans to help the company reach its growth goals.
<br/><br/>- Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, engineers, and other data professionals to deliver high-quality data products and insights.
<br/><br/>- Establish and execute the data science strategy and vision for the organization, aligning with the business goals and objectives.
<br/><br/>- Develop and implement best practices for data collection, analysis, modeling, machine learning, and visualization.
<br/><br/>- Communicate and present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
<br/><br/>- Mentor and coach data team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
<br/><br/>- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in data science and analytics and provide knowledge transfer to the team.
<br/><br/>- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear and compelling reports of analytic results and insights.<br/><br/>- Stay abreast of new analytic methods and technologies and support their development internally.
<br/><br/>- Evangelize the product vision and align with the company objectives.<br/><br/>Skills :<br/><br/>- 10+ years in the field of applying methods in statistical learning in developing data driven solutions.
<br/><br/>- 10+ proven years of experience in leading and managing large, complex consulting engagements & Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy.
<br/><br/>- Minimum 5+ years' experience of leading and managing a team.
<br/><br/>- Proficiency in various data science tools and languages, such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, etc.
along with working experience in Unix/Linux environment.
<br/><br/>- Good working experience in GenAI.<br/><br/>- Experience in applying advanced AI techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics.
optimization, semantic analysis, time-series analysis, advanced visualization) to real-world problems<br/><br/>- High-level experience in database engineering systems, methodologies, and processes for managing large scale databases like Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL, etc.<br/><br/>- Experience in cloud especially AWS technology.
<br/><br/>- Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to tell a story using data.
<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development <br/><br/>- High-level mathematical ability and logical approach <br/><br/>- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills <br/><br/>- Ability to initiate and drive projects from conception to completion with minimal guidance.
<br/><br/>- Needs to be result-orientated but collaborative in management style.
