Urgent! NITS Solutions - Program Specialist Job Opening In Gurugram – Now Hiring NITS Solutions
<p>Job Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Assist onshore team in the design and development of program strategies, goals, and objectives.<br/><br/>- Uncover client's key marketing questions, design and recommend analysis to address those questions, and be able to demonstrate the impact of these recommendations.<br/><br/>- Send monthly feature release e-blasts, creating portal support material (video tutorials, FAQ, portal guide), and managing email inquiries.<br/><br/>- Manage OEM Market plans (i.e., Direct Mail, Surveys, and E-blasts etc.) <br/><br/>- Create detailed work plans and timelines to ensure program milestones are achieved.<br/><br/>- Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and improvements.
<br/><br/>- Coordinate daily operations of the program, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.<br/><br/>- Manage and track program progress, making adjustments to keep the program on schedule.
<br/><br/>- Oversee and manage program resources, cross functional teams.<br/><br/>- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders of onshore & offshore team <br/><br/>- Track program performance using key metrics and evaluation tools.<br/><br/>- Prepare and submit reports on program activities, outcomes, and impact.<br/><br/>- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.<br/><br/>- Prepare and deliver presentations on program activities and results to key stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.<br/><br/>- Prepare regular reports for senior executives, management and other stakeholders regarding the program's progress and outcomes.<br/><br/>- Facilitate tactical and strategic review meetings with various stakeholders.
<br/><br/>- Providing guidance on subject-mazer projects to employees and management teams.<br/><br/>- Identify program risks, track and resolve issues<br/><br/>Qualification & Required Skills :<br/><br/>- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and MBA preferred but not required <br/><br/>- 3+ Years of experience in end-to-end program management and stakeholder management <br/><br/>- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br/><br/>- Analytical thinker excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
<br/><br/>- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.<br/><br/>- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple priorities/projects.
<br/><br/>- Ability to work in onshore & offshore models.
<br/><br/>- Automotive Aftermarket industry knowledge preferred but not required.
