<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>ROLE OVERVIEW :<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Python Team Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications.<br/><br/>The role requires expertise in Python (FastAPI, async, Celery, Pandas, NumPy) along with solid experience in PHP frameworks.<br/><br/>You will be leading a team, guiding architecture decisions, integrating AI-driven pipelines, and ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and high-performance software solutions.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for :<br/><br/>- Lead and mentor the development team across Python and PHP projects.<br/><br/>- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and services using FastAPI.<br/><br/>- Design and manage microservices architecture for scalability.<br/><br/>- Implement asynchronous programming (async/await, concurrency).<br/><br/>- Use Celery for distributed task management and background jobs.<br/><br/>- Perform data processing and analysis with Pandas and NumPy.<br/><br/>- Integrate RAG pipelines, LangChain, and LLMs for AI-powered solutions.<br/><br/>- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.<br/><br/>- Work with Elasticsearch for indexing and advanced search.<br/><br/>- Design, optimize, and manage MySQL databases.<br/><br/>- Integrate and manage Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay (one-time & recurring).<br/><br/>- Implement payment webhooks, retries, refunds, and error handling.<br/><br/>Third-Party API & SDK Integrations :<br/><br/>- SendGrid transactional emails.<br/><br/>- Mailchimp email marketing and automation.<br/><br/>- Twilio SMS, calls, WhatsApp notifications.<br/><br/>- Google Places API address autocomplete, geolocation, reverse geocoding.<br/><br/><b>REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :</b><br/><br/>- 7+ years of professional software development experience.<br/><br/>- At least 3 years of proven Python experience (FastAPI, async, Celery, Pandas, NumPy).<br/><br/>- Strong PHP background (CodeIgniter, Laravel, Core PHP).<br/><br/>- Solid experience with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Elasticsearch, and MySQL.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with payment gateways and third-party APIs.<br/><br/><b>Good To Have :</b><br/><br/>- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).<br/><br/>- Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).<br/><br/>- Exposure to test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong leadership and team management skills.<br/><br/>- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.<br/><br/>- Analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
