<p><p><b>WE ARE HIRING</b><br/><br/></p><p>Technical Project OVERVIEW : </b></p><p><br/></p>Were looking for a highly capable and technically grounded Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mobile and web application projects.
This role is ideal for someone who started their career in software development and has successfully transitioned into project management.
You'll work directly with cross-functional teams and global clients, driving execution, improving delivery practices, and shaping the success of diverse digital products in a fast-paced service Responsibilities : Planning & Delivery : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Define project scopes, create detailed project plans, and manage execution from initiation to delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Use Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality & Stakeholder Management : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Act as the single point of contact for all client communications throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Set clear expectations, manage feedback loops, and handle change requests effectively.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate technical details into client-friendly updates and vice versa.<br/><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Team Leadership & Coordination : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify and remove blockers, motivate team members, and ensure Oversight : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Contribute to architecture discussions and project solutioning when required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage your own coding background to understand technical complexities, review estimates, and validate deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding & Reporting : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Prepare and maintain SoWs, FSDs, effort estimations, and progress reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track delivery metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, quality metrics) and provide regular status updates to leadership.<br/><br/></p><p>- Location : Golf Course Road, Sector -43, Gurugram (Work from Office)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience : 7+ years as a Project Manager Web & Mobile Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 4+ years of hands-on development experience in any tech stack (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, Java, Python, Flutter, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- 34 years of project management experience in a software services company.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to manage end-to-end mobile and web app projects for multiple clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and QA processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management SKILLS : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello, Postman, Git, Figma.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are a plus.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
