Location : Rohini West, New Delhi -

Timings : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.

Build and maintain a network of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Interviewing

Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for positions.

Conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless process.

Job Posting & Advertising

Create and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards, social media, and company website.

Ensure job descriptions are accurate, clear, and appealing to attract top talent.

Candidate Experience

Provide timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, whether hired or not.

Collaboration

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and job requirements.

Advise on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.

Offer Management

Present job offers to selected candidates, including compensation details and benefits packages.
