</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will be responsible for creating a beautiful, intuitive, and highly performant app that students love to use every day.<br/><br/></p><p>Own the Mobile Application : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Take complete ownership of the mobile app lifecycle from concept and development to testing, deployment on the App Store/Play Store, and monitoring.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- You will be the guardian of our app's quality, ensuring a smooth, crash-free experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>Lead Mobile Development & Best Practices : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Champion high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- Youll set the standard for mobile development, conduct insightful code reviews, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>Innovate on the Mobile Front : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Drive the implementation of new, engaging features from interactive quizzes and video players to community forums and performance dashboards.<br/><br/>- Youll experiment with new Flutter capabilities to keep our app on the cutting edge.<br/><br/></p><p>Collaborate with Product & Backend Teams : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with the product team to translate wireframes and product requirements into pixel-perfect, functional features.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- You'll collaborate with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs, ensuring a seamless flow of data.<br/><br/></p><p>Drive App Performance & Quality : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Obsess over performance.

You will profile the app, identify and fix memory leaks, and optimize rendering to ensure a buttery-smooth experience, even on low-end devices.

</p><p><br/></p><p>- You'll lead the charge on automated testing to ensure rock-solid reliability<br/><br/><b>What Were Looking For :</b><br/><br/>- 3+ Years of Mobile Development Experience : You have a strong background in mobile development, with a proven track record of building and shipping production apps using Flutter.<br/><br/>- Deep Flutter & Dart Expertise : You are a master of the Flutter framework and the Dart language.

You have strong experience with state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), building custom widgets, and working with platform-specific integrations.<br/><br/>- A Keen Eye for UI/UX : You don't just write code; you care deeply about the user experience.

You have a knack for turning design mockups (Figma, etc.) into beautiful, responsive, and animated user interfaces.<br/><br/>- API & Backend Integration : You are highly proficient in working with RESTful APIs, handling JSON data, and collaborating with backend teams to build robust, data-driven features.<br/><br/>- Testing & Quality Advocate : You believe in the power of testing.

Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing in Flutter is a must.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps is a huge plus.<br/><br/>- Startup Attitude : Resourceful, proactive, and ready to hustle.
