With over a decade in the industry, we have helped several customers through their transformation journeys.<br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex AI and Engineering projects who will take full responsibility of the end-to-end lifecycle of the execution.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about technology, is not afraid to get into technical details including coding, if necessary, and is structured a detail oriented in their Project Management approach and is an excellent communicator with a strong customer focus.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Own Technical and Project execution from discovery - pilot - production - post-go-live<br/><br/>- Focuses on quality, schedule, and commercials of programs managed.<br/><br/>- Lead Requirements, planning, architecture, build, and deployment, in a fast paced agile lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and business stakeholders) to ensure alignment with client objectives.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all governance aspects of the project including executive steering committees and QBRs.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and performance excellence.<br/><br/>- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.<br/><br/>- Will support pre sales teams with SoWs, estimations, staffing plans, demo scripts etc.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Skills & Experience : </b><br/><br/><b>Education : </b><br/><br/>- B.E./B.

Tech or M.

Tech/M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.

(PhD is a plus)<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b><br/><br/>- 9+ years of experience in technical project or program management.<br/><br/>- Must have at least 5 years of experience is managing complex technical programs<br/><br/>- Expertise in managing fixed-price projects<br/><br/>- Experience working with or familiarity AI development tools<br/><br/>- Good Understanding on the technical aspects of GenAI patterns like RAG, LLM fine-tuning, guardrails and governance.<br/><br/>- Understands MLOps and DevOps concepts.<br/><br/>- Solid technical foundation in event-driven & microservices architecture and data security, compliance, and sovereignty<br/><br/>- Good experience in establish named delivery KPIs, phase gates, and trend analysis to drive schedule adherence and continuous improvement.<br/><br/>- 5 years or more experience in implementing goal cascades, calibration processes, 9-box talent reviews, promotion rubrics, and succession planning.

Build role matrices and skill taxonomies; define learning paths and coaching frameworks<br/><br/>- Solid experience in recognition programs, conduct ESAT pulse surveys, and execute targeted retention interventions.<br/><br/>- Institutionalize blameless postmortems, incident reviews, and root-cause analysis to strengthen reliability and learning.<br/><br/><b>Technical Proficiency : </b><br/><br/>- <b>Languages : </b> Python (required), R (optional), basic Java familiarity (bonus)<br/><br/>- <b>AI/GenAI : </b> Hugging Face, LangChain, Diffusers, LLaMA/GPT, OpenAI APIs<br/><br/>- <b>Model Serving : </b> FastAPI, TorchServe, NVIDIA Triton, gRPC<br/><br/>- <b>Cloud Platforms : </b> AWS (SageMaker, EKS), GCP (Vertex AI, GKE), Azure (Azure ML, AKS)<br/><br/>- <b>MLOps & DevOps : </b> MLflow, Kubeflow, GitHub Actions, Helm, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins<br/><br/>- <b>Data Tools : </b> pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, A/B Testing, Feature Stores, Model Monitoring<br/><br/>- <b>Project Tools : </b> JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, GitHub, Slack, Lucidchart<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Strong technical writing, architectural communication, and documentation ability<br/><br/>- Ability to translate model metrics, SLAs, and data architecture for executive and business stakeholders<br/><br/>- Excellent decision-making under ambiguity and time constraints<br/><br/>- Leadership and mentoring mindset with a deep understanding of software engineering best practices<br/><br/><b>Why NStarX?
