<p><p><b>About Us :</b><br/><br/> Observe.AI enables enterprises to transform how they connect with customers through AI agents and copilots that engage, assist, and act across every channel.<br/><br/> From automating conversations to guiding human agents in real time to uncovering insights that shape strategy, Observe.AI turns every interaction into a driver of loyalty and growth.<br/><br/> Trusted by global leaders, were creating a future where every customer experience is smarter, faster, and more impactful.<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us :</b><br/><br/> Join Observe.AI as the founding member of our Infrastructure/Cloud Security team and help protect a platform trusted by 80M+ users.<br/><br/> Reporting to the VP of Information Security, youll design cloud security from the ground up, drive defense-in-depth across infrastructure, IAM, and networks, and lead incident response efforts.<br/><br/> This is a rare zero-to-one opportunity to shape security strategy, mentor future talent, and make a lasting impact at a fast-growing AI company.<br/><br/><b>What youll be doing :</b><br/><br/> - Develop and document the policies, security reference architectures, design patterns, roadmap.<br/><br/> - Design and develop Secure access and networks to production environments.<br/><br/> - Provide technical leadership and work with corporate IT to implement security in the corporate environment.<br/><br/> - Implement defence in-depth, network segmentation to minimize impacts.<br/><br/> - Design and re-architect AWS infra to achieve network segmentation, deep packet inspection, firewalls, VPNs, VPCs etc.<br/><br/> - Provide technical leadership and infuse security in the infra/network designs across AWS cloud, SAAS applications, IT and others.<br/><br/> - Identify tools and technologies to scan networks, OS and other infra to find vulnerabilities and work with SRE to remediate them.<br/><br/> - Provide technical leadership to Security operations.<br/><br/> - Represent Infra security in PCI, SOC, ISO, HITRUST and other audits.<br/><br/> - Keeping up to date with latest network and infrastructure security trends and best practices.<br/><br/> - Partner with other engineers and architects to make sure the proposed designs meet both business and security requirements.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization to integrate and keep up to date on the latest infrastructure designs.<br/><br/> - Review corporate IT network and security controls to come up with improvements regularly.<br/><br/><b>What you bring to the role :</b><br/><br/> - 9+ Years of experience across Software engineering, network security, and AWS Security.<br/><br/> - Proven track record as an experienced Infrastructure Security designer and implementing secure Cloud, networks, and corporate IT infrastructure.<br/><br/> - Experience working at a SAAS product company.<br/><br/> - Experience leading infrastructure security teams or security focussed SRE teams.<br/><br/> - Robust understanding of Network designs and protocols, it is good to have CCNA and other network certifications.<br/><br/> - Ability to multi-task and run multiple projects.<br/><br/> - Being comfortable with working off times (security incidents cannot be planned).<br/><br/> - Ability to make process under ambiguous situations without clarity.<br/><br/> - First-hand experience with major cloud providers, specifically AWS.<br/><br/> - Experience in large-scale systems and N-tier architectures.<br/><br/> - Excellent communication skills.<br/><br/><b>What you can expect :</b><br/><br/> - Excellent medical insurance options and free online doctor consultations.<br/><br/> - Yearly privilege and sick leaves as per Karnataka S&E Act.<br/><br/> - Generous holidays (National and Festive) recognition and parental leave policies.<br/><br/> - Learning & Development fund to support your continuous learning journey and professional development.<br/><br/> - Fun events to build culture across the organization.<br/><br/> - Flexible benefit plans for tax exemptions (i.Meal card, PF, etc.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
