<p><p><b>Position :</b> Odoo ERP Implementation :</b> Enterprise Systems / :</b> to :</b> Systems Lead / CTO.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><p><b>Role Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Odoo ERP Implementation Resource to drive end-to-end deployment, customization, and adoption of Odoo ERP across our business units.<br/><br/></p><p>The role demands strong functional knowledge, systems thinking, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable Odoo workflows.</p><br/></p><p>This position is critical to ensuring our ERP becomes the digital backbone of operations, aligning finance, procurement, sales, HR, and other functions with enterprise-wide discipline and growth Responsibilities Gathering & Analysis :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional needs (Accounts, Finance, Operations, HR, Sales, Procurement).<br/><br/></p><p>- Map existing processes and identify gaps/improvement opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document workflows and prepare functional requirement specifications.<br/><br/><b>ERP Implementation & Configuration :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead Odoo ERP setup, module selection, configuration, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize forms, workflows, and reports to align with organizational policies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure proper integration with POS, CRM, eCommerce, inventory, and other connected systems.<br/><br/><b>Testing & Validation :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance.<br/><br/><b>Training & Adoption : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Train end-users and managers on ERP modules and usage discipline.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build documentation, SOPs, and quick-reference guides for ERP usage.<br/><br/><b>Support & Continuous Improvement :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Provide post-implementation support for issues and enhancements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor system usage, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with Odoo releases, features, and ecosystem & Qualifications :</b> Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.</p><p><br/><b>Experience :</b></p><br/></p><p>- 2 to 5 years of Odoo ERP implementation experience (functional or techno-functional).<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on exposure to modules like Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with POS, multi-company, or multi-currency setups is an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills (preferred but not mandatory) :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Python and PostgreSQL (for customization).<br/><br/></p><p>- API integrations with third-party tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Linux server deployment and Odoo.<br/><br/><b>Functional Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong business process understanding (finance, procurement, HR, retail operations).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to translate process requirements into system workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to train and support non-technical users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong documentation and presentation We Offer :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Opportunity to build the ERP backbone of a fast-scaling enterprise.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to diverse industries (hospitality, retail, manufacturing, food-tech).<br/><br/></p><p>- A culture that values systems thinking, innovation, and growth.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
