<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Job Title</b> : OFSAA Developer<br/><br/><b>Location</b> : Pune<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Developer to join our technology team supporting risk management, finance, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing OFSAA solutions to meet business requirements.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Configure, customize, and maintain OFSAA modules such as ALM, FTP, Basel, LRM, and PFT.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for data extraction, transformation, and loading.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for risk, finance, and compliance reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages for OFSAA-related processing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain metadata, data models, and batch schedules in OFSAA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for OFSAA implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues ensuring minimal downtime.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS9, and other industry standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical documentation, including solution design and configuration details.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience : 5- 8 years in software development, with at least 3 years in OFSAA implementation and development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of OFSAA architecture, data model, and functional modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with ODI or other ETL tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of banking and financial services processes, especially in risk and finance domains.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
