<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will combine <b>deep technical expertise</b> in Salesforce with <b>enterprise architecture knowledge</b> and <b>business acumen</b> to drive successful outcomes across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Data Clouds as well as integrations with ERP and eCommerce Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p><b>Salesforce Practice Leadership :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Establish and scale the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and internal delivery practice.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Define delivery frameworks, governance models, coding standards, and technical best practices.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Mentor and grow a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business & Architecture Ownership :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Data Cloud.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Define enterprise-grade technical architectures, data models, and integration patterns.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Drive solution design, oversee development, and ensure successful delivery on time and within scope.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Partner closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical & Enterprise Architecture :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure Salesforce aligns with broader enterprise architecture and IT governance standards.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Leverage API frameworks, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven & Technical Leadership :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay ahead of Salesforce ecosystem innovations including AI, Data Cloud, and automation features.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Provide thought leadership around Salesforce scalability, performance optimization, and security.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable components, and IP Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- <b>10+ years</b> of total experience with <b>Salesforce platform</b> including at least <b>5 years in a delivery lead or architect role</b>.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience across <b>multiple Salesforce Clouds</b> (Sales, Service, Revenue/CPQ, Data, Strong hands-on experience with <b>Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration frameworks</b> (REST/SOAP APIs).</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of <b>Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment strategy (CI/CD)</b>.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Expertise in <b>integrations</b> with <b>ERP and eCommerce systems</b>.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of <b>enterprise architecture frameworks</b> (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in leading <b>end-to-end Salesforce project delivery</b> from discovery to post go-live support.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in <b>building or scaling Salesforce teams or practices</b> within a company or consultancy.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce certifications such as :</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>1.
