Job Description
            
                We are seeking a Marketing Technologies Architect to design and lead the implementation of scalable, efficient, and future-proof MarTech solutions.
This role bridges the gap between Marketing and IT, ensuring that technology aligns with business goals and delivers personalized, data-driven experiences to customers across digital channels.
  
You will be responsible for evaluating, architecting, integrating, and optimizing a wide variety of marketing technology platforms—including CMS, CRM, CDP, analytics, automation tools, and customer engagement systems
  
+  **Strategy & Architecture:**
+ Define and maintain the MarTech architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
+ Architect end-to-end solutions across web, mobile, email, social, and paid media platforms.
+ Ensure data, systems, and tools are integrated effectively to enable personalization, automation, and measurement.
+  **Technology Leadership:**
+ Evaluate, recommend, and onboard marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Segment, Tealium, etc.).
+ Define architecture for tag management, tracking, data flow, and customer identity resolution.
+ Create architecture blueprints, data models, API schemas, and integration strategies.
+  **Collaboration & Governance:**
+ Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, data, analytics, and compliance teams to align on requirements and governance.
+ Define and enforce best practices around platform use, campaign setup, tagging, and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA compliance).
+ Act as the SME (subject matter expert) for MarTech, supporting platform users and business stakeholders.
+  **Implementation & Optimization:**
+ Lead or oversee technical implementation of MarTech platforms and integrations.
+ Support performance tracking, and analytics strategies.
+ Continuously evaluate performance of tools and propose enhancements
+  **Team Leadership:**
+ Lead and mentor a team of MarTech specialists and support staff internal and external, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
+  **Compliance & Security:**
+ Ensure all MarTech solutions comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  
Implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive marketing and customer data.
