Join us as a Lead – Onboarding & Integration, where you’ll support leadership hiring, onboarding processes, analytics, stakeholder management, and program coordination for strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for leadership talent, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Manage & maintain SharePoint platforms, dashboards, and documentation
- Track and present onboarding, hiring, and integration metrics to ensure visibility and alignment
- Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and program success
- Govern and support reporting excellence through MIS dashboards and analytics
- Provide administrative and program support for CIO initiatives, including scheduling, coordination, and ad-hoc projects
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Corporate HR or Program Coordination roles
- Strong reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, MIS, analytics) and hands-on experience with SharePoint
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and leadership
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and program management abilities
- Experience in calendar management, vendor coordination, and process improvements
- Good to Have
- Formal training/experience in HR Analytics or Reporting
- Exposure to leadership onboarding or global HR environments
