<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><p><br/></p><p> We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant.
The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of working experience in implementations, upgrades, support, and enhancements for the Oracle HRMS Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- XML/BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows (AME / WF), Personalizations (using OA Framework / Forms Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across HRMS modules.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Perform data conversions and migrations using APIs or Interface Tables.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Document functional and technical specifications.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Support system upgrades, patching, and cloning Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of local payroll or statutory compliance for specific countries (e.g., US, UK, India).</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Certifications in Oracle HRMS or HCM.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or co-existence Skills : </b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and developers.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong documentation Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports related to HRMS modules.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Write and optimize PL/SQL code for complex business logic and data processing.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS HRMS issues.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Design and implement technical solutions, interfaces, and data conversions.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain technical documentation, including MD050/MD070 and technical user guides.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to coding standards and perform code reviews.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HRMS operations in a remote Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- 5- 6 years of hands-on technical experience in Oracle EBS HRMS modules.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Strong development experience using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and PL/SQL.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of Oracle HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, and Core HR modules.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in building and customizing interfaces, conversions, and workflows.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Oracle APIs and HRMS data model.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders across time zones.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Oracle R12 and understanding of HRMS-related business processes.</p><br/><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of OAF and BI Publisher is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
