<p><p><b>The Software Engineer will be responsible for working collaboratively with our team on the development of web applications.</b><br/><br/><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :</b><br/><br/>- Design and Develop web applications<br/><br/>- Design databases, create DB objects, reports and perform ETL operations<br/><br/>- Perform tasks that include technical design, code development, documentation, unit and integration tests, troubleshoot and bug fix and test plan generation<br/><br/>- Act as mentors for new and junior web developers<br/><br/>- Ability to plan and execute small projects independently coordinating with PM, QA and infrastructure trams<br/><br/>- Work together with colleagues on code reviews, integration testing, internal infrastructure and process improvements<br/><br/>- Assist in production problem resolution as needed, including occasional off-hour support<br/><br/><b>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</b><br/><br/>- Previous work experience in developing websites<br/><br/>- Must have a sustained track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget<br/><br/>- Must demonstrate a strong technical competency in an environment that values quality, commitment, growth, and innovation<br/><br/>- The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking member with strong web development experience in Java Technologies for mid to high-scale internet web sites along with strong DB development skills in any RDBMS<br/><br/>- Knowledge on Micro services Architecture and Java Design Patterns<br/><br/>- Experience with code management tools<br/><br/>- Experience with Source code management tools SVN or GIT<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile Environment<br/><br/>- Experience with website performance testing<br/><br/>- Excellent attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly<br/><br/>- Interpersonal skills to interact with team members<br/><br/>- Communication skills to work effectively with team members and other teams that includes QA and infrastructure<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br/><br/>- Flexible to work on multiple time zones and as a part of a team<br/><br/>- In depth working knowledge of :<br/><br/>Gitlab :<br/><br/>- Core Java (Java 11 and above preferred)<br/><br/>- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and PostgreSQL<br/><br/><b>Good-to-Have Skills</b> : </p><p><br/></p><p>- React.js or Angular.js, JQuery/JavaScript css3<br/><br/>- Oracle, MS SQL server<br/><br/>- OneMagnify is an equal opportunity employer</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
