<p><p><b>Role Overview :</b></p><p><br/> Were looking for a Web Developer with a marketing mindset - someone whos equally comfortable building landing pages as they are integrating tools and optimizing performance.<br/><br/> Youll work closely with the marketing and tech teams to build and maintain all digital touchpoints, especially our website and campaign assets.<br/><br/> If youre passionate about web technologies, AI, automation, and data-driven marketing outcomes, this role is for you.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/> - Own and manage all marketing-related web development needs across platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Zoho, Hubspot etc.<br/><br/> - Build and maintain high-performance, mobile-optimized, SEO-friendly web pages and microsites through wordpress and AI.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to build AI-driven or tool-based landing pages for campaigns (Unbounce, Framer, Instapage, Personyse, Clay, Uberflip etc.<br/><br/> - Integrate marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) with web forms, landing pages, and campaign workflows.<br/><br/> - Work with tech teams to architect scalable, secure, and maintainable web solutions.<br/><br/> - Monitor, analyze, and optimize site speed, core web vitals, page performance, and UX.<br/><br/> - Ensure strong analytics and conversion tracking is set up via GA4, GTM, and Meta/LinkedIn pixels.<br/><br/> - Implement A/B testing, personalization, and CRO best : </b><br/><br/> - 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience in web development, especially for marketing teams or digital agencies.<br/><br/> - Strong command of front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.<br/><br/> - Proficiency with WordPress (theme customization, plugin management), and no-code tools like Webflow, Framer, or Carrd.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with AI-based or visual landing page tools (e.g., Unbounce, Landingi, Instapage).<br/><br/> - Experience with APIs and integrations with CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and form tools.<br/><br/> - Strong understanding of SEO principles, page speed optimization, and responsive design.<br/><br/> - Comfortable working with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms.<br/><br/> - Ability to take ownership, collaborate cross-functionally, and solutionize independently.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
