<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a key leader in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.<br/><br/> You will be responsible for defining best practices, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.<br/><br/> This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, a passion for automation, and a proactive approach to system reliability and performance.<br/><br/> You will act as the senior technical point of contact, bridging the gap between development teams and the CTO to ensure seamless integration and deployment.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and architect the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google, Azure.<br/><br/>- Define and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.<br/><br/>- Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and security.<br/><br/>- Oversee and optimize our container orchestration platforms.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain complex automation scripts and tools using Python, Shell and host them internally.<br/><br/>- Manage and enhance our monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like AWS Cloudwatch, Jenkins<br/><br/>- Lead the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure infrastructure needs are met and to troubleshoot complex issues.<br/><br/>- Work closely with teams to ensure compliances are followed.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience</b><br/><br/>- 6-10+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or SRE role, with a strong focus on AWS cloud environments.<br/><br/>- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Docker.<br/><br/>- Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, ECS, Lambda, Site to Site VPNs, and IAM.<br/><br/>- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation and tool development.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience with monitoring and logging tools.<br/><br/>- Security mindset to manage and maintain an incrementally built simple system<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered systems.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>B.Tech / B.E / M./ M.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
