The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OpenText Content Server (16.x/20.x/23.x), system integrations, and modern document collaboration platforms.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead architectural design and strategy for OpenText Content Server solutions enterprise-wide.</li> <li>Design integration architectures connecting Content Server with external systems via REST, SOAP, message queues.</li> <li>Develop secure, scalable applications, APIs, workflows, and automation.</li> <li>Define security, access controls, and enterprise content governance.</li> <li>Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and technical assessments.</li> <li>Provide mentorship to development teams and collaborate with stakeholders.</li> <li>Coordinate with infrastructure teams for deployment and operations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in OpenText Content Server (16.x/20.x/23.x) and architecture and SDKs.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in Jscript.</li> <li>Extensive experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, middleware).</li> <li>Proven skills in Document Server integration.</li> <li>Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.</li> <li>Experience with enterprise integration patterns, API gateways, message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).</li> <li>Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li> <li>Database expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.</li> <li>Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks, identity management (LDAP, SAML, OAuth).</li> <li>Experience with WebReports, LiveReports, GCI PowerTools, and Content Server modules.</li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Skills; </b></p> <ul> <li>Experience with OpenText Extended ECM suite.</li> <li>Frontend development with React, Angular, or Vue.js.</li> <li>DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).</li> <li>Knowledge of compliance standards (SOX, GDPR).</li> <li><b>OpenText certifications preferred.</b></li> </ul> <p><b>Professional Traits:</b></p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership, mentoring, and team guidance.</li> <li>Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences.</li> <li>Strategic thinker capable of aligning solutions with business needs.</li> <li>Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Proven decision-maker under pressure.</li> <li>Experience with vendor management and technical governance.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>LOCATION </b>Onsite Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar</p> <p><b>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: </b>Full Time</p> <p> </p> <p><b>ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (www.acsgbl.com<u>)</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
