Good understanding of doc lifecycle, template design, and output.

Exp with batch and on-demand processing.

Knowledge of other scripting language is a plus.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the team to design and develop applications using various OpenText Exstream products (versions 9x/16x) based on high-level solution documents</li> <li>Apply technical expertise to develop and deliver customer-focused CCM solutions</li> <li>Work with input formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and reference files, and output formats including PDF, AFP, Archive, EMAIL, HTML, and EMPOWER</li> <li>Handle document data-processing and post-composition processing using OpenText Exstream</li> <li>Manage design components such as search keys, placeholders, tag sets, design layers, language layers, campaigns, and messages</li> <li>Drive assigned tasks independently to completion by effectively coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain active communication and relationships with all relevant stakeholders</li> <li>Participate in Agile delivery processes</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of strong technical experience with OpenText Exstream and other Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions</li> <li>Proficient knowledge of OpenText modules including Design Manager, Designer, Control Center, Communication Server, Communication Builder, and CAS</li> <li>Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles</li> <li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written</li> <li>Passion for technology and a proactive willingness to learn</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience working in Agile methodology environments</li> <li>Ability to work independently and manage deliverables without supervision</li> <li>Willingness to work across multiple time zones</li> <li>Ability to conduct end-user training and business workshops</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li> <li>Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies</li> <li>Strong consulting mindset with attention to detail and quality delivery</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>LOCATION </b>Onsite Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar</p> <p><b>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: </b>Full Time</p> <p> </p> <p><b>ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (www.acsgbl.com<u>)</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
