We are seeking a talented professional with 2 6 years of experience in customer communications and document generation solutions, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining high-volume, personalized communications using the OpenText xPression platform.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain templates and document workflows using OpenText xPession.</li> <li>Integrate xPression with business systems and data sources.</li> <li>Support end-to-end document generation and delivery processes (print, email, web).</li> <li>Process business requests and customize or modify existing document templates as needed.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in templates and document production.</li> <li>Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to gather requirements and ensure quality.</li> <li>Maintain system documentation and participate in upgrades and performance tuning.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by leadership</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p> <ul> <li>2 6 years of hands-on experience with OpenText xPression</li> <li>Experience with xDesign, xPresso for Word, and other xPression modules</li> <li>Expertise in enterprise-level document template design</li> <li>Proficiency with xDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard</li> <li>Experience working with complex templates such as policy documents, welcome letters, insurance claims documents, and customer bills</li> <li>Experience implementing graphs, complex nested tables, campaigns, and marketing messages</li> <li>Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and document generation logic</li> <li>Understanding of document delivery channels (print, email, etc.)</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field</li> <li>Familiarity with customer communication strategies and CCM best practices</li> <li>Experience in insurance is a plus</li> <li>Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for document workflows</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>LOCATION </b>Onsite Multiple Locations - PAN India - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Patna, Bhubaneswar</p> <p><b>EMPLOYMENT TYPE: </b>Full Time</p> <p> </p> <p><b>ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (www.acsgbl.com<u>)</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
