1.
Order Management & Fulfilment
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery of all hampers and gifts.
- Oversee end-to-end production flow — from sourcing to dispatch.
- Track daily order status and share reports with management.
- Maintain coordination with design, packing, and logistics teams.
KPI:
- Timely order completion rate
- Zero order errors or missing items
2.
Vendor & Artisan Coordination
- Manage relationships with local artisans, suppliers, and vendors.
- Negotiate timelines, quality standards, and pricing.
- Maintain updated vendor database and alternate backup sources.
- Ensure raw material availability as per project timelines.
KPI:
- Vendor delivery reliability score
- Cost efficiency achieved through negotiation
3.
Inventory & Material Management
- Track and maintain inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Implement stock tracking systems (manual or digital).
- Conduct weekly/monthly inventory audits.
- Forecast demand for festive and wedding seasons.
KPI:
- Inventory accuracy %
- Reduction in last-minute procurement

Quality Control
- Implement quality checks at each stage (sourcing, packing, dispatch).
- Create and follow brand SOPs for packaging and presentation.
- Handle client feedback and ensure replacements/resolutions when needed.

Logistics & Dispatch
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Manage courier partners, tracking, and packaging compliance.
- Ensure safe, damage-free delivery.
- Monitor shipping costs and turnaround times.

Cost & Process Optimization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Improve operational efficiency through better vendor or process systems.

Team Management
- Supervise packing team, freelancers, and assistants.
- Train new team members in brand standards and workflows.

- Flag potential delays or bottlenecks proactively.
