<p><p><b>Job Description : </b></p><br/><p>We are looking for an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to join our team.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle applications and business processes, with a proven track record of gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.</p><br/><p>This role will focus on providing actionable business insights through the design, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data analysis solutions using Oracle technologies.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs, ensuring data-driven decision-making through effective reporting.</p><br/><p>You will play a key role in delivering Oracle ERP solutions that enhance business operations.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills And Experience : </b></p><br/><p>- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with expertise in data mapping and transformation expertise in SQL and database knowledge, Data cleansing and validation techniques.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Oracle Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.</p><br/><p>- Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle functionalities.</p><br/><p>- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle development and configuration teams.</p><br/><p>- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of Oracle solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.</p><br/><p>- Assist in the preparation of user stories, use cases, and test cases to validate Oracle system functionality.</p><br/><p>- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate issue resolution with the technical team.</p><br/><p>- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle applications and processes.</p><br/><p>- Work closely with project managers, developers, and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of Oracle projects.</p><br/><p>- Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.</p><br/><p>- Stay updated on Oracle product enhancements and industry best practices.</p><br/><p>- Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of integration points between Oracle and other enterprise systems exa workday.</p><br/><p>- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Applications modules (HCM, Finance, SCM etc.</p><br/><p>- Good knowledge of complex SQL queries to extract, join, and analyze data from Oracle databases to support business reporting needs.</p><br/><p>- Analyse large datasets stored in Oracle databases to extract meaningful insights, trends, and performance metrics.</p><br/><p>- Provide ongoing support to business users, helping them understand and leverage Oracle BI tools effectively.</p><br/><p>- A strong business analyst with great SDLC and defect management/some core testing and troubleshooting skillspayroll or HR Tech knowledge preferred and willing to work in PST time.</p><br/><p>- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
