<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Security Administrator to manage and enhance the security architecture of our Oracle Cloud ERP environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Security administration, including roles, privileges, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit compliance.
This is a technical and governance-driven role, requiring a balance of deep ERP knowledge, cybersecurity awareness, and access control best practices.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Security Configuration & Administration :</b><br/><br/>- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP security models, roles, and privileges.<br/><br/>- Configure data access sets, duty roles, and job roles ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.<br/><br/>- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access lifecycle management within Oracle Fusion Cloud.<br/><br/><b>Access Governance & Compliance :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and enforce SoD (Segregation of Duties) rules to prevent conflicts and ensure policy compliance.<br/><br/>- Conduct periodic user access reviews, audit readiness checks, and ensure compliance with ITGC and security frameworks.<br/><br/>- Work closely with internal audit, risk, and compliance teams to address security vulnerabilities and audit findings.<br/><br/><b>Monitoring & Incident Response :</b><br/><br/>- Monitor Oracle Cloud ERP environments for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and configuration drift.<br/><br/>- Investigate and respond to access-related incidents and provide remediation steps.<br/><br/>- Establish continuous improvement processes for ERP security posture.<br/><br/><b>Integration & Automation :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to integrate ERP security with broader enterprise security tools (e.g., IAM, SIEM, and MFA solutions).<br/><br/>- Support automation of user provisioning workflows using tools like Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) or third-party IAM platforms.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Documentation :</b><br/><br/>- Partner with functional and technical teams to translate business security requirements into system configurations.<br/><br/>- Maintain comprehensive documentation of role hierarchies, access policies, and configuration changes.<br/><br/>- Provide end-user training and guidance on security best practices within Oracle Cloud ERP.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 37 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP / Fusion Security Administration.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HCM, SCM, etc.) and their security structures.<br/><br/>- Expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), duty roles, and data security policies.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Security Console, and Audit Reports.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Cybersecurity principles, IAM (Identity and Access Management), and Network Security.<br/><br/>- Exposure to SOX / GDPR / ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.<br/><br/>- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., SQL, Python, or PowerShell) is an advantage.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.<br/><br/><b>Educational Qualifications:</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Certifications such as Oracle Cloud Security, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
