Order to Cash process complete process flow design and implementation experience.</p></p><br/><p>We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant (Order Management OM) with 68 years of experience to lead and support end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
The role requires deep expertise in Order Management (OM) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background, proven implementation experience (minimum 2 full-cycle projects), and excellent stakeholder management skills.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations from business workshops to UAT and cutover.</p><br/><p>- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Order Management and O2C processes.</p><br/><p>- Design and configure solutions in Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management (OM), ensuring alignment with best practices.</p><br/><p>- Develop and validate process flows, functional specifications, and solution blueprints.</p><br/><p>- Support data migration, integration design, and validation activities.</p><br/><p>- Define and execute test scenarios, UAT scripts, and validation plans for OM and O2C processes.</p><br/><p>- Support cutover planning and execution, ensuring smooth transition to production.</p><br/><p>- Troubleshoot functional issues during SIT/UAT phases and provide resolutions.</p><br/><p>- Conduct business workshops, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), and design walkthroughs with business users.</p><br/><p>- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, IT) to ensure smooth integration of O2C processes.</p><br/><p>- Act as the primary functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle OM Cloud.</p><br/><p>- Provide post-go-live functional support and resolve issues in OM and O2C processes.</p><br/><p>- Propose process improvements and system enhancements to optimize performance.</p><br/><p>- Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge-sharing across teams.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Experience : </b></p><br/><p>- Experience : 68 years in Oracle SCM Cloud, with minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in Order Management.</p><br/><p>- Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) configuration and execution.</p><br/><p>- Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design and implementation.</p><br/><p>- Sales Orders, Pricing, Fulfillment, Shipping, Billing, and Invoicing integration.</p><br/><p>- Good understanding of integration with Finance, Procurement, and Inventory modules.</p><br/><p>- Ability to conduct business workshops, CRPs, UAT sessions, and cutover activities.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience in functional setups, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.</p><br/><p>- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</p><br/><p>- Oracle SCM Cloud certification(s) in Order Management or O2C track.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to Subscription Management, Global Order Promising (GOP), or Advanced Pricing.</p><br/><p>- Experience in multi-country/global Oracle Cloud SCM rollouts.</p><br/><p>- Background in consulting or client-facing roles within large-scale ERP projects.</p><br/><p>- Opportunity to lead complex Oracle Cloud SCM transformation projects.</p><br/><p>- Work with global teams and diverse industries.</p><br/><p>- Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities.</p><br/><p>- Access to continuous learning, certifications, and Oracle Cloud training.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
