<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant<br/><br/><b>Experience Required :</b> 6+ years total, with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM<br/><br/><b>NOTE :</b> Immediate joiners preferred up to 45 days notice period.<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules with hands-on experience across multiple functional areas including Security, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
The candidate should have successfully delivered at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and enhancements across various modules.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules.<br/><br/>- Provide functional expertise in :<br/><br/>1.
Security Configuration (3 projects)<br/><br/>2.
Payroll Processing and Compliance (5 projects)<br/><br/>3.
Compensation Management (Lead role in 1 project)<br/><br/>4.
Absence Management (Lead role in 1 project)<br/><br/>- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) (Lead role in 1 project)<br/><br/>- Conduct system testing, user training, and support go-live activities.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle HCM Cloud.<br/><br/>- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend relevant changes.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/>- 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications in relevant modules.<br/><br/>- Experience with Oracle HCM Reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).<br/><br/>- Exposure to integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
