Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Functional Consultant to join our team in India.
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Oracle CDM solutions for our clients, ensuring high-quality data management practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle CDM solutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Customer Data Management functionalities to meet client needs.
- Conduct data analysis and data cleansing activities to ensure data quality.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle CDM processes and tools.
- Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate CDM with other Oracle applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) or related areas.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Oracle CDM module, including configuration and implementation.
- Experience with data quality tools and data governance practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
