<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><br/><p><b>Job Title :</b> Oracle CX CRM Consultant.</p><br/><p><b>Location :</b> Remote.</p><br/><p><b>Job Type :</b> C2C.</p><br/><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><br/><p>We are looking for an experienced and passionate CX CRM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Customer Experience (CX) and CRM modules, driving seamless customer engagement across sales, service, marketing, and omnichannel operations.</p><br/><p><b>Key Modules & Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>POS (Point of Sale) :</p><br/><p>- Manage and support POS systems for retail transactions, sales tracking, and customer billing.</p><br/><p>- Ensure smooth integration between front-end POS and back-office systems.</p><br/><p>Omni Channel :</p><br/><p>- Enable multi-channel integration to provide a unified customer experience across online, offline, and mobile platforms.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure seamless data flow across all customer touchpoints.</p><br/><p>CRM (Customer Relationship Management) :</p><br/><p>- Manage and configure CRM systems for effective customer data management, marketing automation, and customer retention.</p><br/><p>- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide end-to-end CRM solutions.</p><br/><p>eCommerce & Product Management :</p><br/><p>- Oversee online store operations, product catalog setup, and digital asset management.</p><br/><p>- Ensure alignment of product and pricing data across CRM and eCommerce :</b></p><br/><p>- 3+ years of experience as a CX or CRM Functional Consultant.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of CX ecosystem POS, Omni Channel, CRM, and eCommerce.</p><br/><p>- Experience with tools like Oracle CX Cloud, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and business analysis skills.</p><br/><p>- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
