Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Oracle Fusion OTC-PTF functional design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Implement DevOps practices within the Oracle Fusion environment to improve deployment cycles and system performance.
- Develop and maintain integration strategies and solutions for OTC processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in functional aspects and DevOps methodologies.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance and optimization.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion applications focusing on OTC-PTF.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools to enhance deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of additional Oracle modules.
