We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant.
The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of working experience in implementations, upgrades, support, and enhancements for the Oracle HRMS suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR (Self-Service HR), Payroll (US/Global), iRecruitment, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Performance Management
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices.
- Design and configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet client/business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical components such as: PL/SQL packages and procedures, Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound), XML/BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows (AME / WF), Personalizations (using OA Framework / Forms Personalization)
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across HRMS modules.
- Perform data conversions and migrations using APIs or Interface Tables.
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Document functional and technical specifications.
- Support system upgrades, patching, and cloning efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.
- Knowledge of local payroll or statutory compliance for specific countries (e.g., US, UK, India).
- Certifications in Oracle HRMS or HCM.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or co-existence scenarios.
