About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Technical HRMS Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HRMS Applications R12 .
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll integrations, data conversions, and technical customizations to deliver scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle HRMS Applications (R12) .
- Work on Payroll integration, Core HR, Data Conversions , and custom development.
- Support and enhance modules like Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL .
- Develop and customize functionalities using PL/SQL, Fast Formula, Oracle Workflow, XML/RDF reports, and Interfaces .
- Handle Payroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing, and transfer to GL .
- Build and optimize SQL/PLSQL objects (procedures, functions, packages, views).
- Design and implement XML/RDF reports and PL/SQL interfaces for HRMS systems.
- Provide support for Absence Management and Talent Management workflows.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS (R12) .
- Proficiency in Payroll Integration, Core HR, Fast Formula, Data Conversions, XML/RDF reports, and Interfaces .
- Solid experience in SQL & PL/SQL (procedures, packages, functions) .
- End-to-end knowledge of Payroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing, and GL transfer .
- Experience with Absence Management and Talent Management modules is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of proven experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with HRMS Payroll specialization .
- Strong track record of end-to-end Oracle HRMS technical implementations .
