The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support engagements, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Manage end-to-end Oracle EBS project lifecycle, from initiation to closure<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets<br/><br/>- Coordinate and lead project teams, including functional and technical consultants<br/><br/>- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders<br/><br/>- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively<br/><br/>- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations<br/><br/>- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and clients<br/><br/>- Manage project scope, change requests, and resource allocation<br/><br/>- Provide expertise and guidance on Oracle EBS best practices and methodologies<br/><br/><b>Must have skills :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field<br/><br/>- Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing Oracle EBS projects<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules and functionalities<br/><br/>- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Oracle EBS projects<br/><br/>- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management<br/><br/>- Strong leadership and team management abilities<br/><br/>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills<br/><br/>- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment<br/><br/><b>Good to have skills :</b><br/><br/>- Oracle EBS certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist)<br/><br/>- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and R12.2 versions<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies<br/><br/>- Knowledge of industry-specific business processes and best practices</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
