<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>To lead and manage the end-to-end implementation or enhancement of Oracle ERP Finance systems (EBS or Fusion), ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders, system integrators, and internal IT teams to align business processes with Oracle ERP : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead Oracle ERP Finance projects from initiation to post-go-live stabilization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive daily project management activities, including tracking progress, managing risks/issues, </p><p>and ensuring project governance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure </p><p>solution alignment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the single point of contact between business, technical teams, Oracle support, and </p><p>vendors.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate steering committee meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Support testing cycles : system testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness..<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage relationships with Oracle and system integrators.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor consultant and internal resource performance, budgets, and deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate offshore/onshore team collaboration, if : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 10 years experience designing and developing commercial grade web applications using<br/><br/></p><p>- Oracle APEX.
Experience working in APEX 21+ versions.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to deliver modern elegant web applications using a combination of APEX and JavaScript.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oracle SQL / Oracle PL/SQL programming experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in managing web page layouts with APEX templates and themes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Relational Data modeling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of web application usability trends HTML5 / CSS knowledge.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience collaborating effectively with team members and partners in a distributed project environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience integrating Oracle Ebusiness Suite, REST APIs into APEX applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Web application security / Data security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Airlines Experience Skill : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Project Manager specialized in Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) Implementation with Techno-functional background</p><p><br/></p></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA/CPA is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- 12 years of experience in ERP project delivery, with 5-8 years specifically managing Oracle ERP Finance implementations (EBS or Fusion).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in full-cycle ERP projects : blueprinting, design, build, test, deploy, and support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of financial processes : GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, </p><p>Budgeting & Reporting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) is a strong advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- PMP / Prince2 - Mandatory<br/><br/></p><p>- Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Certification- Mandatory<br/><br/></p><p>- Preferably candidates with less than 1 month notice period</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
