<p><p><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic EPM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Enterprise Performance Management solutions across our organization.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, and related financial planning, consolidation, and reporting tools.<br/><br/>The EPM Architect will work closely with finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives in budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable and robust EPM solutions, primarily using Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS) or on-premise Hyperion suite.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and enforce EPM architecture standards, data integration models, and governance frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with finance and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional designs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect data flows and integrations between EPM and source systems (ERP, HCM, CRM) using tools such as Data Management, FDMEE, or ETL platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee data security, user roles, metadata management, and data governance across the EPM landscape.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide leadership during project delivery, including planning, estimation, technical reviews, and mentoring of EPM developers and analysts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support performance tuning, system upgrades, patching, and health checks of EPM environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and operational controls.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with Oracle EPM roadmap, new features, and industry trends to provide strategic Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 7 years of experience in EPM solution design and delivery, with 5+ years in an EPM architect role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS) or Hyperion suite (HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Smart View, FR Reports, Calc Scripts, Groovy scripting, and MDX/SQL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience integrating EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Workday, or other transactional systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience leading multiple full-cycle EPM Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Oracle EPM or Hyperion certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Specialist).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project governance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to cloud migration strategies, DevOps tools, and version control systems (Git, Jenkins).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in EPM, predictive planning, or advanced Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts to business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
