<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Take end-to-end ownership of the Transfer Price Engine (TPE) solution within EPM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Business stakeholders to understand transfer pricing requirements and translate them into system solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure, maintain, and optimize TPE functionality (rules, calculations, data models, and reporting).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with global transfer pricing policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage solution enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with ERP, Data Hubs, and other EPM modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TPE-related processes, ensuring accurate allocations, intercompany pricing, and profitability analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and user training guides.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive adoption and change management across Finance and Tax teams by providing guidance and training.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve the TPE solution to support business scalability and compliance needs.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 6-10 years of experience as an EPM Consultant or Finance IT professional.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion applications (or equivalent EPM tools).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of transfer pricing processes, tax policies, and intercompany transactions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with designing business rules, allocation logic, and reporting frameworks in EPM.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to manage solution ownership design, implementation, administration, and </p><p>support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong skills in data management, reconciliation, and integration with ERP and BI systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of other EPM modules (FCCS, PCMCS, EPBCS, ARCS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, SQL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience leading automation or transformation initiatives in Finance IT.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to global finance, tax, and regulatory compliance frameworks.<br/><br/>- Opportunity to own and lead the Transfer Price Engine (TPE) solution for a global business.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative and innovative work environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Professional development and growth in cutting-edge EPM solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Chance to influence business-critical finance processes with high visibility.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
