We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud – SCM Planning Support Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud , and Sales & Operations Planning .
This role involves delivering high-quality support and working on solutions related to reports, conversions, extensions, and integrations with related edge applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion SCM Planning modules.
- Own and manage complete end-to-end solution designs.
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to define, document, and clarify business requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams on data migration, integration, and impact analysis.
- Participate in data mapping sessions and assist with building data conversions aligned with business needs.
- Review and validate complex configurations and functions before final deliverables.
- Analyze and coordinate Oracle patch releases and assess their impacts across modules.
- Support the creation of test scenarios and provide clarification on functional designs and development.
- Liaise with technical and functional teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience , including at least 5 years of hands-on Oracle ERP implementation/support experience.
- Proven experience with the following Oracle Cloud modules:
- Supply Planning Cloud
- Demand Management Cloud
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data architecture and integration best practices.
- Ability to manage solution impacts, dependencies, and inter-module interactions.
- Hands-on experience in data migration, conversion strategies, and integration with edge systems.
- Skilled in analyzing quarterly Oracle patch updates and communicating potential impacts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
