<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><br/><p><b>Job Title :</b> Oracle ERP Cloud Quote-to-Order Functional Consultant</p><br/><p><b>Experience Required :</b> 5 to 8 Years</p><br/><p><b>Location :</b> Pune or Remote</p><br/><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><br/><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in the Quote-to-Order (Q2O) cycle.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across Oracle ERP Cloud modules such as Order Management, Product Information Management, Pricing, and basic understanding of integrations and configurations.</p><br/><p>A good grasp of technical concepts like OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI/ADFDI will be a plus.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle ERP Cloud Quote-to-Order modules.</p><br/><p>- Gather and analyze business requirements related to sales order processing, product configuration, pricing, and fulfillment.</p><br/><p>- Configure Oracle Cloud modules including Order Management, Product Hub, and Pricing based on business needs.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, SCM) to ensure seamless end-to-end order processing.</p><br/><p>- Support testing activities including preparation of test scripts, execution, and defect tracking.</p><br/><p>- Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.</p><br/><p>- Work with technical teams on basic integrations, reporting needs, and data migration using tools like FBDI/ADFDI.</p><br/><p>- Assist in preparing functional design documents and participate in solution design discussions.</p><br/><p>- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess the impact on existing functionalities.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b></p><br/><p>- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, with at least 3 years in the Quote-to-Order area.</p><br/><p>- Strong functional knowledge of :</p><br/><p>1.
Order Management.</p><br/><p>2.
Product Information Management (PIM).</p><br/><p>3.
Pricing and Configurator (if applicable).</p><br/><p>4.
Inventory and Fulfillment (preferred).</p><br/><p>- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to technical concepts such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI.</p><br/><p>- Ability to write functional specs and collaborate with technical developers.</p><br/><p>- Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Oracle Cloud Certification in Order Management or SCM.</p><br/><p>- Working knowledge of integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or REST/SOAP services.</p><br/><p>- Experience in Agile/Scrum-based project environments.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
