<p>We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Developer with strong expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), specifically within the HCM modules.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate business reporting requirements into efficient, scalable, and accurate technical solutions.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reports for HCM modules.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze reporting and data requirements.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality reports.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with functional teams to understand HCM data structures, models, and relationships.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, data inconsistencies, or performance.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure reports adhere to best practices in terms of performance, scalability, and maintainability.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all developed reports and processes.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work independently, managing tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
</p><p><br/></p><p>Required Experience : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) report development.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) environment.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- HCM Module Expertise </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in at least 2- 3 of the following areas : Core HR Payroll Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Absence Management </p><p><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of data models, subject areas, and tables used in HCM modules.
</p><p><br/></p><p>- Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) SQL and data analysis skills </p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Fusion HCM architecture and data relationships </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and documentation skills </p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </p><p><br/></p><p>- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in troubleshooting</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
