<p></p><p><b>Position</b> : Oracle ERP Manual Tester.<br/><br/> Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid).<br/><br/> Experience : 7+ years.<br/><br/> Experience With Oracle ERP R12 Testing.<br/><br/> We have a requirement for a Manual test engineer.<br/><br/><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/> We are seeking a skilled Manual Testing QA Resource to join our quality assurance team.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test planning, and execution.<br/><br/> A secondary but valuable skill set includes experience with Oracle ERP R12 Testingparticularly in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Finance modules.<br/><br/> <b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for functional, regression, and system testing.<br/><br/> - Perform defect reporting, tracking, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.<br/><br/> - Execute test cycles, document test results, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).<br/><br/> - Ensure compliance with established QA processes, standards, and best practices.<br/><br/> - Identify risks, escalate issues, and provide proactive solutions to mitigate testing challenges.<br/><br/> <b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/> - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).<br/><br/> - 3 to 6 years of experience in manual software testing.<br/><br/> - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.<br/><br/> - Proficiency in writing detailed test cases and executing them effectively.<br/><br/> - Experience in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA,).<br/><br/> - Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.<br/><br/> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/> - Excellent communication and documentation skills.<br/><br/> <b>Nice To Have (Secondary Skills) :</b><br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP R12 Testing in AR, AP, and Finance modules.<br/><br/> - Knowledge of ERP workflows, functional business processes, and financial system testing.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.<br/></p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
