<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain custom financial reports using OTBI and BI Publisher, including but not limited to trial balance, budget vs actuals, and journal detail reports.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports.<br/><br/>- Analyze Oracle Cloud ERP data models and subject areas to ensure accurate and efficient report design.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and data accuracy.<br/><br/>- Optimize existing reports for performance and usability improvements.<br/><br/>- Communicate technical information effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions adhering to business deadlines.<br/><br/>- Support audits and compliance by providing relevant financial reports as required.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- 7+ years of experience working extensively with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in creating custom financial reports such as trial balance, budget vs actuals, journal detail, and other finance-related reports.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP data models, subject areas, and reporting tools.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and business teams.<br/><br/>- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications related to Financials and Reporting.<br/><br/>- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud or other advanced BI tools.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud security and data governance policies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
