<p><p><b>BASIC PURPOSE :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Report Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud ERP.
This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC), along with a solid understanding of finance and HCM business functions.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and insightful reporting solutions and provide end-user support and FUNCTIONS :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Develop reports using Oracle ERP Cloud tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and manage technical documentation including design specs and data mappings.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze business needs and translate them into data-driven insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validate and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop ad-hoc reports and schedule data extracts for multiple business units.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with Finance, HCM, PPM, and IT stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to implement the best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance and data discrepancies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to junior developers and power users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct training sessions on report usage and best :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Oracle Cloud data models and subject areas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to optimize report performance and manage large datasets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Oracle Financials (GL, AR, AP), HCM, and PPM modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of ERP business processes and data structures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective verbal and written communication.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and manage multiple :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Works cross-functionally with Finance, HCM, IT, and Application teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions.
Aligns reporting outputs with stakeholder :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Translates reporting logic and data models into business-friendly language.
Communicates technical limitations and solutions clearly to non-technical :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Takes ownership of the full report development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and post-release support.
Ensures data integrity and on-time Thinking :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Breaks down complex data requirements into structured, optimized report logic.
Diagnoses data issues, mismatches, and performance bottlenecks to Feedback :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Incorporates user and stakeholder feedback into report improvements.
Participates in peer reviews and adheres to coding/reporting Learning :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Keeps up with Oracle Cloud ERP updates and new features in BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC.
Evaluates new reporting capabilities and contributes to knowledge sharing within the CONDITIONS :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Employees must possess comfort in learning, training, and engaging with others virtually through Microsoft Teams, and TeamViewer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Employee must show readiness and be available to work from office.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
