Job Description:  
Job Duties:  
*Creating and executing test cases to ensure the quality of the ERP solution 
*Analyzing test results and providing feedback to the functional and development team.
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the ERP solution.
*Reporting accurate metrics during test prep and execution activities.
*Understanding the scope of test strategy and managing communication to colleagues and client leadership.
*Deep understanding of Oracle Financial ERP Databases/tables/fields, including SQL, PL/SQL for querying the database and supporting architectural designs of test automation.
*To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team.
*Experience Working closely with product owners and business analyst to ensure acceptance criteria is accurately captured and share feedback as needed.
*Good working experience on Oracle Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Device Life Cycle, Purchasing, and Expenses) from both a data and process end to end flow perspective 
*Device Lifecycle Management (DLM) 
*Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) 
*Source to Pay (STP) 
*Plan to Deliver (PTD) 
*Order to Cash-Fulfillment (OTC-F) 
*Order to Cash-Partner (OTC-P) 
*Project to Retire (PTR) 
*Record to Report (RTR) 
*Business Performance Management (BPM) 
*SCO (Supply Chain Orchestration) 
*PO (Purchase Order) 
*Familiarity of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for integration with test automation tools.
*Skills in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for designing test automation of Oracle ERP data flows.
*Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other tools.
 General Responsibilities and Skillset:  
*Support new projects and programs - assessing impact to Back Office work streams and quickly assimilate the project knowledge and design direction.
*Represent the Back-Office organizations on projects and programs, working closely with and knowing when to involve the business SMEs. 
*Facilitate requirement sessions, provide requirements, provide guidance on creating appropriate requirements, and provide appropriate success criteria.
*Participate in design sessions and review technical documentation.
*Create User Acceptance Test cases, Scenarios, and Plans.
Communicate testing needs with appropriate resources and share results with work streams.
*Understand use of test and defect management tools such as JAMA, qTest, Jira.
*Provide recommendations on when to trade off functionality, and when not to trade off, and communicate to multiple audiences.
*Work with the project management to ensure delivery of the project requirements.
Education, Minimum Required:  
*Bachelor’s degree in IT in addition to accounting or finance, preferred but not required 
*Master's degree, preferred but not required
